*tissues*

Thank you for reading, sweetheart.

Aw, honey... *holds out tissues*

It's a sad song! [livejournal.com profile] horizonssing had days like that, too.

*offers a wet cloth and a professional make-up artist*

How was Marley and Me? *wants to see that*

[identity profile] gracie-musica.livejournal.com 2009-01-03 02:55 am (UTC)(link)
Thank you so much! And I can totally see him doing that, too.

Have you ever seen "Still Standing"? There's an episode where Judy (the wife) writes out this whole big letter about where stuff is and all sorts of important things in a, like, 20 page letter in case she dies first. That really inspired this.

Yeah, I remember reading a lot of the horizonssing entries, and I even considered trying a few myself but thought better of it.

I blame the new year brain fog for making me believe that doing this one was a good idea (writing anything at all every single day is going to be a challenge for me lol)

Thank you, sweetheart.

Hey, I'll be your cheerleader! *rah rah rah*

[identity profile] gracie-musica.livejournal.com 2009-01-03 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
YAY WATER! Oh, you mean you're crying... *offers tissue*

No o/l for me tonight I think, far too tired. I slept about... four hours last night.

whimper

*sobbing*...Five Tissues out of Five. Simply beautiful.

*********Sob*************

I read the book and cried. .. I watched the movie and cried.

Five tissues out of five... I've never heard that one before.

Aw, sweetheart... Tissue?

[identity profile] gracie-musica.livejournal.com 2009-01-03 05:04 am (UTC)(link)
I read the book when it first came out (I loved working at Waldenbooks...), I adored it.

[identity profile] isarae.livejournal.com 2009-01-03 06:21 am (UTC)(link)
Awwww!! Didn't make me cry (takes a LOT these days) but you definitely would have made Jack cry.

Absolutely brilliant. Now I'm going to look for something happy to read..

=(

Tissues... need... there they are.

That was so sad. Sweet, but sad.

(That was also the first episode of Scrubs I ever watched. I fell in love instantly, though still cry every time I watch it.)

*nudges tissue box closer*

I saw the clip, and it made me wibble. Poor boys -- all of them.

[identity profile] gracie-musica.livejournal.com 2009-01-04 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, Jack would have cried.

Thanks for reading!

[identity profile] thrace-adams.livejournal.com 2009-01-07 02:46 am (UTC)(link)
OMG that was so sad!!! So beautiful though. I can totally see Ianto sending him a letter like that. Well done! Now bring on the smut!

[identity profile] gracie-musica.livejournal.com 2009-01-07 09:11 am (UTC)(link)
I teared up when I wrote this! I did just see this as an Ianto thing -- a letter, more classic, more tactile.

[identity profile] loveronhermione.livejournal.com 2009-01-09 05:00 am (UTC)(link)
God, things that deal with Ianto's death are always sad, but if done well are also very touching. This is definitely one of those times. Well done.

[identity profile] gracie-musica.livejournal.com 2009-01-09 05:21 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, thank you! I'm glad that you liked it. *offers tissue*

*takes tissue* Thanks.
