Transgendered 7-year-old

The basic gist of it is that a that had six boys (gag), and the last one ended up wanting to be a girl--and his parents let him. She dresses up as a girl, wears makeup and has long hair. Her parents even call her 'she'.
What's amazing is that her parents are... actually sort of okay about it. Most parents aren't quite as accepting when they find out that their precious son or daughter is teh gay. This sort of gives me hope.
