"Hi Mum," Sirius greeted Remus as the werewolf sat with the Marauders at lunch.

"Mum?"

"Sirius and Peter," James said, as if it explained everything.

It almost did.

"You take care of us, look afer us," Peter explained.

"Sirius, stop picking on Peter. Sirius, did you do your essay?" the dark-haired teen mimicked, grinning at Remus. "Like a good mummy."

Remus was torn between ignoring them or fighting back.

Fight won.

"Does that mean I ge to administer punishment to unruly sons?"

Peter and Sirius choked on their food. James threw his head back and laughed.

Rems grinned, eating as well. They'd grow tired of it.
