Either they are absolutely just completely and utterly understaffed or Jack's a slave driver.
Or Gwen is stupid and can't stand being left out of anything that remotely involves Jack. Even when she's about to marry Rhys.

It's a good think Jack is such a family man and would never ever dream of coming between Rhys and Gwen, because Gwen would probably jump at the chance to hit that.
