Actually that's were I disagree: It wasn't a good story. It hit emotional points but the story was weak. It started out decent enough and then around part three it all fell apart they slip into watching the main characters watching everything through a camera watching others watch through a camera. Which was way they had to kill Ianto or ep 4 would have been all talk and boring evil talk at that.
We also have the government planning to give up the children without any threat established yet them the 456 talking to them. It mild com paired to the Sycroix on xmas. There were no ships, or showing of mass numbers or a control release of a virus early on. Plus the 456 needed a special environment to be encased and yet two intelligent men trying to shout out shatter proof glass and not the equipment maintaining the environment.
And then there is the matter of only showing and talking about Brittan when taking the children away, because not everyone would fall into line like that. And the soldiers are generally from the background were they were taking the children from no matter what they promised them it how were they going to separate them out so quickly? They weren't.
Generally it was too many plot holes for me, and the wrote themselves into a corner and they got out of it by distracting us with killing Ianto, then killing Stephan.
alright, that rant out of the way, lol, they way you were talking about Mica and Ianto looking alike, I give you the bunny of her being Ianto's offspring.
