Gracie's Major Fail

Here's the drill: I learned to post fic to LJ -- privately -- as I worked on it when my last laptop started crapping out on me. I'd be mid-paragraph and the entire thing would just shut down. And I'd cry, and others would cry. It was horrible. Now, I unlock it for my betas, and after they read it, I fix and post. I know it's sort of roundabout, but it works for me.
Also, in my opinion, Firefox has a better spellcheck than word, and with LJ's new autodraft save, I'm good if the window dies.
Anyway, I've been having issues with the wireless at home -- I don't know if it's the stress of having 3 computers on a wireless network, or just a sign that it's about to go boom. I was working on DKoM 21, and posted it -- privately, so I thought.
It wasn't.
For those of you that missed it, you missed a doozy. I'm a bit of a smart-ass when it comes to my cut text for myself and my betas, and I think I might have scarred a few of you before![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
totally4ryo caught it and told me what was up. It's actually hilarious, and I'll tell you what it is if you want me to in the comments.
So, to apologize for this, I'm going to post DKoM 20 as soon as the beta wash comes through.
