I'm glad you enjoyed it. It actually spun out from another idea I had, of Jack giving Ianto a ring. I just didn't see Ianto wearing a ring around the Hub (for one, Owen would never let him be), so he'd wear it around his neck on a chain... and the ring turned into an alien necklace. *laughs* Amazing how those plot bunnies change!
