I have to say, though, that when the woman first began watching Jack and Ianto, I thought she was a slasher. I would totally be staring at them too, but in a less discouraging way. Far, far less. The bit about the Time Agency and the nineteen-fifties works well, too. Now if only we knew what the hell the Time Agency is/was; I keep hoping TBTB will bring it back up.
