The Owen reference totally worked. I got chills, but it was perfect. I love Rhys taking care of Gwen and "Captain Innuendo" because he knows it is what Ianto would want (and that Ianto would do the same for him). The whole thing is just perfect - the team knowing each other so well, the alien that is NOT taken out by just head shots and it taking a disaster for Jack and Ianto to say what they feel.
