Dear LJ,

I have just two little questions for you:

One -- how the FUCK DO I GET MY COMMENTS BACK IN MY EMAIL?! I've done bloody everything. I can get it in my LJ email, but noooooo, it won't go to the Hotmail account. I've even clicked and unclicked and clicked that damn box that says "EMAIL ME" but it apparently isn't listening. What the fuck?!

Two -- WHO DO I COMPLAIN TO ABOUT SEEING MY OWN MOTHERFUCKING JOURNAL?! I pay you bastards -- I want my journal up 24-fucking-7. You moved your servers, this should be fucking fixed!

Hey kid - here is the text on the IP Address issue I mentioned:
New servers mean new IP addresses, so it's possible that LJ mail might not reach your email inbox because your email provider or client doesn't recognize the new IP addresses. We're working with email providers to whitelist the new IPs. There are a few things you can do on your end:

Add these two IP addresses to your "allowed senders" list (or whitelist) and address book in your email client: 208.93.0.18 and 208.93.0.50. These are the new IPs for sending comments notifications and LJ mail to your email inbox.

Add lj_notify@livejournal.com and webmaster@livejournal.com to your email address book.

If you cannot figure out the IP thing, send me a message and when I get to Atlanta later today I'll fiddle around in my ancient hotmail account and see if I can remember how to do it :-)

As for item #2, I have the absurd comment that I pay taxes to support the PO and they don't deliver my mail on time either (note Music, Music, Music). One day we will be Queens of the known universe and efficiency will rule the day :-)

But it's still fucking annoying. You were right, we pay for LJ, why don't we get better service?
