Before I start on the actual content I have to say that the idea itself is inspired. It's just completely Ianto. I love the idea of Ianto trying to care for Jack from beyond the grave.

This is gorgeous, stunningly beautiful in only a few words.

Have you ever seen "Still Standing"? There's an episode where Judy (the wife) writes out this whole big letter about where stuff is and all sorts of important things in a, like, 20 page letter in case she dies first. That really inspired this.
