Sick of spending hours fighting the crowds at the mall every Christmas? Want to give presents that are a little more meaningful? Support Stacie will be holding the inaugural I’ll Be Homemade for Christmas auction on the weekend of November 28th–29th. If you can knit, bake, draw, sew, take photos, paint, papier-mâché, or have any other creative talents, now is the time to dust off those cookbooks, whitewash the canvas, sharpen the scissors and get your Christmas spirit out of the closet. If you are creative and would like to contribute something, For everyone else, start making your Christmas lists and give homemade presents this Christmas. I’ll Be Homemade for Christmas, make your gifts meaningful this year and raise money for Support Stacie.
The inaugural I’ll Be Homemade for Christmas Auction, which will be held November 28-29, 2009, will auction off items made by some of the very creative people from different fandoms who have donated their time, creativity and skill in order to raise funds to help Stacie to receive medical treatment. It is also an opportunity for those of us who would like to give more meaningful presents this Christmas, to do so without any of the arduous work or requisite skills! The Support Stacie Elves can even gift wrap your winning item and post it directly to the recipient of your choice, thereby saving you, not only from the horror of the mall this Christmas, but all semblance of work!
Join us for the I’ll Be Homemade for Christmas, marvel at the skill of so many creative people across the fandoms and purchase your gifts while raising money for Support Stacie.
The auction board has changed, so you'll have to rejoin, but hey, it's free and takes all of five minutes. All the info is here in the FAQs.
The auction starts at 12:00 noon Central Standard Time on Saturday, November 28th. The auction closes the next day at 12:00 noon Central Standard Time on Sunday, November 29th.
There are lots and lots of lots for the first Homemade auction, and I'm proud to say that mine are quite a few of them!Pictures will follow later today.
UPDATE: I have been asked to remind everyone that you will add $5 to the end auction price for shipping.

Lot #1 -- Wool scarf, grey – cream – chocolate brown stripes. Length 49 inches, Width 3.5 inches.
Lot #2 -- Wool scarf, chocolate brown – grey – cream stripes. Length 53 inches, Width 3.5 inches.
Lot #3 -- Wool scarf, cream – grey – chocolate brown stripes. Length 54 inches, Width 3.5 inches.
Lot #4 -- Ribbed scarf with tassels, multicolored yarn. Length 66 inches, 74 inches with tassels, Width 8 inches.
Lot #5 -- Wool scarf, cream – chocolate brown – grey stripes. Length 55 inches, Width 3 inches.
Lot #6 -- Red and white striped scarf. Length 44 inches, Width 6.5 inches.
Also, pumpkin bread. Lots of pumpkin bread. Which will include a hand-written note from moi, since I have to bake it fresh. :D

I know I've been slacking on the fic posting (and I have a couple of SSA fics to finish up and throw up here), and I'm sorry. After this month things should get a LOT easier for me in RL, which means more fic on my LJ!
