I think I'm leaning toward Harkness-Jones b/c Jack saying "Capt Jack Jones-Harkness" is kind of a mouthfull whereas Capt Jack Harkness-Jones and Ianto Harkness-Jones roll of the tongue better.
Either way I love the hyphen! I have a hypenated name and when I get married (when I find a boy) I will add on and have 2 hyphens. (My sisters say I will sound like a law firm but I don't care).
